Payroll for home service professionals is not always as easy as punching a timeclock and printing checks. Payroll often requires time sheets, job sheets, mileage sheets, expense reports, and more.
All this can add up to a lot of unbillable hours worked by the business owner.
I offer payroll, including checking all those necessary extras and contacting employees and subcontractors as needed.
Employees and contractors can be paid with direct deposit so you don’t have to worry about remembering to write checks or send payments.
I can also keep track of all of employee and contractor tax forms for you to make sure everyone has turned in the needed paperwork and that payroll runs as smoothly as possible.

Sales Tax

Sales tax payments can be a huge hassle for home service professionals. With everything else that you are juggling, this monthly or quarterly task isn’t the easiest to remember. But the state wants their money and they want it on time. To prove their point, they charge some harsh late fees and penalties when you forget to make the payment on time.
When I take over these payments for you, you don’t have to worry about paying those costly late fees anymore.
Plus, my fee for this service is almost always significantly less than what the late fees and penalties cost.
Pricing starts at $85 per filing period and per state.
